All classes and private instruction are by appointment only. Please contact the studio for availabilities and further information.
Class registration
Each session runs monthly, less any statutory holidays.
If you need to miss a class during a session, you can reschedule a make-up class at a different time (subject to availability) provided that you give 24 hours notice. Please note that make-up class are not guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate. Make-up classes can only be scheduled during the current session and cannot be carried over to a subsequent session. However, please let us know of any extenuating circumstances.
When one is going away for more than 2 weeks and if you wish to remain in your current class, I will require a fee of $15 + tax per class for “holding your spot”. Otherwise the spot may be filled and there is a chance it will not have room in it upon your return. The spot can only be “held” for up to 4 weeks in a calendar year.

Cheque payable to Karen Duncan, E-transfer or cash.
cancelation policy
We require 24 hours of advance notice, to cancel or change appointment times. We will do our best to accommodate a required change. No shows will automatically be deducted from your package.
Important
Please note the classes are 55 minutes, starting on time, and finishing at the 55 minute mark, to allow transition to the next class. The studio has a washroom for changing, and plenty of seating.
